IT Lead Developer who wants to make an impact for an inclusive society
About You
A team player who can motivate a software development team and can set clear priorities.
Have recent experience as a lead developer of a team with back-end front-end and mobile developers. You have a track record with at least 2 relevant references. You will analyse client needs and translate them into product requirements for the software development team. You like diving into the nitty-gritty to get a clear understanding of the clients’ needs, develop a comprehensive list of requirements and communicate them to the development team whilst ensuring maximum usability.
Besides being the lead, you will be available approximately 50% of your time as a developer. In that way you are involved in the technical activities which need to take place and can assess what needs to happen and how.
What you will be doing
- You serve as the link between the development team and the product owner
- You will architect, lead and when necessary contribute to the development of the mobile App, currently on iOS.
- Secure, improve, organise and monitor the committing of our code in Gitlab;
- You will be able to lead and monitor development of both frontend and backend
- You work meticulously and make sure that every code is tested thoroughly before making it available.
- Your main tasks are to lead development sprints, you will be working together with the UX designers creating user stories and make sure that the development planning is in line with the roadmap.
- Release Apps in the Appstore
Qualifications
- A finished WO or HBO education
- An analytical mind
- You enjoy taking responsibility and provide clarity to both the development team and customers
- You are emphatic and have affinity with UX.
- You are a self starter and like to work on innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and preferably also Dutch).
